We live just a block away from a beautiful walking path around Lower Back Bay, the inlet of water coming in from the Newport Harbor. It's a good 1 hour walk, and it's so enjoyable!!!
We decided to head to the Newport Pier for dinner and went to an old favorite restaurant called Charlie's Chili. It's a small place that has been there for years right at the foot of the Newport Pier. We went early so nobody else was there, and it was so nice!! We were going to walk along the pier after dinner, but it was so cold that we decided to go shopping instead!!
Shawn and I are filling each others stockings this year for Christmas. Sadly, not many of the things will be surprises, but it will still be fun! we even bought a couple of movies (since we are sick of all of the ones we own) and watched them last night!! and he let us watch the chick flick first!!!!
So, I have the day off again today, so i'm being a good wife and doing laundry. i don't mind putting it in the washer and dryer, but I hate folding it!!!! hate hate hate!!! oh well, at least it's all clean!
In just over a week, we will be on a plane to HAWAII!!!!!!
